Welcome to Holy Week!

Details and at-home resources for the Holy Week liturgies are being compiled on our Holy Week 2020 webpage at stmcatholicchurch.org/holy-week. In the meantime, here are the liturgy times

  • Holy Thursday Mass on April 9: 7:30 PM livestream
  • Good Friday Service on April 10: 3 PM livestream
  • Holy Saturday Easter Vigil Mass on April 11: 8:30 PM livestream (no 5 PM Mass)
  • Easter Sunday Masses on April 12: 8:30 AM (not 8 AM) and 10:30 AM livestreams (no 6 PM Mass)

Over the past two days, people have struggled to access the livestream for Mass and Adoration. Our livestream link is once again front and center on the homepage, stmcatholicchurch.org.

It can also be accessed via our Facebook page at facebook.com/stmcatholicchurch/ or directly on YouTube at youtube.com/watch?v=npMp0ATQIh4.

Sacraments and Prayer

Confessions Schedule. Confessions continue in the St. Michael Catholic Church parking lot—please drive in and follow the signs and cones. Scheduled Confession times are this evening at 7 PM and Tuesday 5:15 PM. Tuesday is the last opportunity for confession prior to Easter; there will be no confessions Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday.

Divine Mercy Novena. St. Faustina’s Novena to the Divine Mercy begins Good Friday (this Friday), April 10, and continue until the Feast of Divine Mercy the Sunday after Easter (April 19). To join us in praying this novena, visit our Divine Mercy Novena webpage at stmcatholicchurch.org/divine-mercy.

Giving and Service

Lenten Charity. This Lenten season has provided countless opportunity for prayer, fasting and almsgiving. Please do not forget our parish ministries in the coming weeks. The needs are great, especially without a regular Sunday collection. Complete an electronic funds transfer (EFT) form for automatic withdrawal or donate online using the Virtual Offertory button on our homepage, stmcatholicchurch.org – or follow the instructions below to use your offertory envelopes.

Offertory Envelopes. If you prefer to use your offertory envelops, you can mail them, or come in through the main doors of the church, go to lower level and drop it in black box secured to wall outside the main office.   The church is open until 10 PM each night, and that box is checked frequently. Your offertory will go directly to our bookkeeper. God bless you!

Hanover Food Shelf Donations. Please note that the Hanover Food Shelf is only accepting donations during normal hours of operation in the blue bin at the doors on the north side.
